The Steering Committee on Undergraduate Women’s Leadership found that students who felt they were successful in their social and extracurricular lives, achieved their academic potential, and developed as leaders while on campus, had, at some point, received guidance and support from one or more adult mentors.
An important goal of the Princeton Women’s Mentorship Program is to help students build relationships with faculty, staff members, and graduate students, and to foster a mentorship dynamic.
Members of the faculty or staff, or graduate students who would like to take an active role in supporting and developing young women leaders are welcome to join the program.
